Remember that these are tailor made tours (prices are per tour, NOT PER PERSON).

Tour Guiding Service (including full itinerary planning and site/venue booking) – in your own vehicle or coach.

Half day tour: From £75                 
Full day tour: From £130

Please note that these fees do not include entrance fees, ferry fares , refreshments etc
If you have a large group we can arrange mini bus or coach hire with qualified and experienced drivers.

Booking & Payment
Full payment for your tour is required on booking and can be made as follows:

By cheque: drawn on a UK bank made payable to P J Stone & mailed to Daisybank Farm, Deerness, Orkney, KW17 2QL.

By credit card: we will e-mail you a PayPal Invoice which you can pay via PayPal’s secure website – this is a completely secure payment method and we do not have access to your credit card details during the transaction.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A SURCHARGE OF 3.5% WILL BE APPLIEDTO ALL CARD PAYMENTS.
We are sorry to have to do this but this represents the amount we are charged by PayPal for accepting credit card payments.

Cancellations
If we have to cancel your tour for any reason you will receive a full refund. This will be the limit of our liability.

If you cancel your tour the following cancellation penalties apply:-

Up to 14 days before tour: loss of 50% of tour cost
Less than 14 days notice: loss of 100% of tour cost

It is strongly suggested that you take out travel insurance to cover any cancellation charges. We will be happy to provide any necessary documentation in support of your insurance claim should this be required.

Credit card payments will be refunded less any fees we were charged by PayPal to receive your payment. PayPal may also charge you a fee for receiving our payment. In some circumstances PayPal does not charge us for making refunds, in which case we will not charge you a fee and you will get back the full amount.

Refunds will be sent in £ sterling and we are not liable for any differences caused by any currency fluctuations.

Extra Charges
No site/venue admission charges, food & drink and ferry costs are included in the price of the tours unless stated otherwise
