All tours in a fully licensed and insured 8-seat executive people carrier, driven and guided by qualified Orkney Tourist Guide.

Prices (please note that these do not including entrance fees, ferry fares etc)

Vehicle & Driver-Guide

Up to 4 passengers:-

Half day tour (up to 5 hours): £150

Full day tour (up to 9 hours): £225

5 to 8 passengers:-

Half day tour(up to 5 hours): £195

Full day tour(up to 9 hours): £295

Guiding service only – in your own vehicle or coach guiding

Half day tour (up to 5 hours): £75                 

Full day tour (up to 9 hours): £130

If you have a large group we can arrange mini bus or coach hire with qualified experienced drivers

Full details of booking will be required for confirmation of your tour requirements - dates, times, duration of tour, requested itinerary etc...)

Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the tour costs is required when you confirm your booking

Payment
Full payment is required 28 days before tour date. Payment in Pounds Sterling by cash, cheque with guarantee card or bankers draft

For payments via credit or debit card a 2.5% surcharge will be applied

Extra Charges
No admission charges, food & drink and ferry costs are included in the price of the tours unless stated otherwise

Cancellation
Cancellation charges will be applied as per the Scottish Tour Guides Association guidelines:

Half and Full Day Tours (with or without Orkney Aspects vehicle)
If less than 7 days notice of cancellation - 50% of total fees payable
If less than 48 hours notice of cancellation - 100% of total fees payable

Tours in excess of one day
28 days notice or such other time as agreed at point of booking. After this date Orkney Aspects reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee.
